More Pigs

It has been so much fun keeping our Oxford Sandy and Blacks, that we have decided to add to our pig numbers. In June we will collect two Berkshire piglets. Berkshires are a very different looking pig, and reportedly are the best pig for pork. So much so that in Japan their pork is considered a delicacy.
